I. Introduction
After the exhibition concluded, the management team and photographers decided to transform most of the physical works on display into charitable works.
Open to audience registration and subscription
All proceeds from the subscription will be donated to "CAWIA". The funds will be donated by Lin Yu-Ting's agency. We invite you to join us in spreading this warmth to places that need light.
II. Subscription Items
After the exhibition, the following two series of works will be released for purchase.
A detailed catalog of works will be announced on the official website, Instagram account, and purchase form after the exhibition is closed and the results are tallied.

III. Charity Donation Amount (Minimum Donation Threshold)
This event is a charity sale, and the amount indicated is the "minimum donation threshold".
Once you have confirmed your purchase, we sincerely welcome you to increase your donation amount at your discretion when making the remittance.

IV. Shipping Fee
| Traces of Light | Series (Large): NT$100 shipping fee per piece.
| The Spectrum | Series (Small): NT$60 shipping fee per sheet

Payment Example: If you wish to purchase a large artwork ($3,000),
please transfer $3,100.
V. Subscription Method
To ensure fairness and respect the preferences of each subscriber, this event will adopt an "online registration" + "priority matching" mechanism.
STEP 1: Online Registration
Please fill out the "Subscription Intention Form" during the open period.
Each person may fill in a maximum of three application choices .
Please sort them in your preferred order.
STEP 2: Pairing and Selection
After the application deadline, the organizer will conduct statistics and matching:

Direct acceptance: If only one person registers for the work, they will directly obtain the qualification to purchase it.

Draw Determination: If multiple people list the same work as their "first choice," the winner will be determined by a random computer lottery.

Ranking Allocation: If you are not selected for your first choice, the system will automatically advance to your second or third choice and proceed with the matching process described above.
STEP 3: Notification and Donation
Successful applicants will receive a " successful subscription notification email ".
Please transfer the funds to the designated account of the agency within 48 hours of receiving this letter, and fill in the last five digits of the transfer number and send the information on the " Subscription Donation Contact Form ".
If the form is not filled in within the specified time, it will be automatically passed on to the next eligible subscriber.
STEP 4: Submission of works
After the organizer confirms that the donation accounts are correct, the artworks will be shipped out together once the packaging is completed.
VI. Precautions
1. Description of the artwork's condition
This charity sale features "original exhibited works," not brand new items.
The artwork may contain traces left from the exhibition process (such as minor damage to the edges and corners, or glue residue on the back). Please confirm that you can accept this before making a purchase.
There may be slight color differences between the physical print output and the screen display. Please refer to the actual product received.
2. Shipping and Risks
To facilitate the dismantling and packaging process, the artworks are expected to be shipped out gradually within one month after the exhibition ends. Please be patient.
The logistics and transportation process is beyond our control. If serious damage occurs due to reasons other than human error, we regret that we cannot provide a refund or replacement.
3. Delivery Scope
Shipping is only available within Taiwan. Overseas buyers who wish to purchase will need to pay additional overseas shipping costs.
4. No tax deduction receipt
The proceeds from this event will be collected and donated on behalf of the management company. We apologize that we are unable to issue individual tax-deductible donation receipts.
5. Personal Data Protection
The information you provide will only be used for this contact, mailing, and account reconciliation, and will be completely destroyed after the event ends.
6. Rights Statement
The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate this event at any time.
